Air Pollution Control Systems

Dust collection system for metal grinding and polishing operation.  Dust Collection Centralized or individual work station systems incorporating ductwork, cyclones, bag-houses, cartridge filters and electrostatic precipitators. Centralized systems to remove chips from cutting and machining operations. Downdraft Tables - For chip and dust removal. Spray Paint & Welding Booths - Complete booths including filters, panels, ductwork and fans

Burner exhaust for heated process tanks. Twin cyclones (fabricated by Y&B) installed as part of an overall 11,000 CFM system.  Air Cleaning Installation of incinerators, scrubbers and thermal oxidizers. Oil Mist - Removal of oil mist from localized or general areas. Fume Control - Removal of smoke and odors. Trim Handling Collection and removal of paper, plastic, and aluminum scrap to either tote boxes or balers.  Air Handling Systems Air Make-up Systems - Complete systems including air make-up units, ductwork, and diffusers. Ventilation - Localized or general area, hot air removal or fresh air introduction. Air Balance Service.   Ductwork Fabrication - Carbon, galvanized, aluminized or stainless steel round or rectangular duct, elbows, fittings tees and reducers.   Fans - In-house designed and built material handling fans.
